I just saw that and referenced it on Dr. Alexander's substack:

If you look at photos of the young Hotez, without facial hair, he does bear a resemblance to that other creep Sam Bankman-Fried. Are they cloned from some ancestral monster?
Hilarious and ridiculous. But of course the science is always changing to cover up their past mistakes. And of course the science is always settled until they are wrong and get to change their narrative after so many injuries and deaths. So what you and I can laugh at has others suffering tremendously. And that is very sad.
