Imagine going to war and fighting for freedom.

Freedom to earn, learn, live, give and to thrive.

But the nation who sends you there doesn't expect you to come home alive.

But you do anyway.

Imagine worse it was all a myth.

Taking away your voice.

Taking your families voice

Taking your neighbors voice too.

All the voices stolen away everywhere.

So that in another day at the whim and call we are locked down and force fed garbage. Jabbed and poked, ventilated and choked in our own suburbs. Probably sitting on the sofa and smiling while it happens.

Freedom was worth dying for once upon a time.

Remember that.

Senators should do both. Pass the proposed Bill. Defund the WHO. ASAP.

Since the WHO Accord is designed to circumvent Senate approval, we should leave the WHO immediately, as the Accord is a violation of our sovereignty. Further, it would be a good idea to review ALL so called "executive agreements", and act to void those that Congress deems a violation of our sovereignty.

If this country is still a constitutional republic, I would expect our representatives to do no less. If they are not prepared to act, they should be replaced by representatives who will defend our sovereignty. And if that cannot be done, then we no longer live in such a republic.

This would fundamentally change our form of government. Under the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, WE are a government FOR the people and BY the people... only the PEOPLE have the right to change our FORM of government. Our 'consent to be governed' does not give 'elected leaders' carte blanche to act outside of or negate of our Bill of Rights. You cannot negotiate away RIGHTS that belong to the PEOPLE, and not to government. When they do that they are no longer a legitimate government. Period.

So if the GOP bill apparently won’t stop this, how about the GOP senators draft a bill that defunds the WHO altogether, since we are footing the bill for almost the entire organization?

I still can’t see how the WHO can just unilaterally come in and say “OK, this treaty wipes out every state constitution, every legal foundation of governance for every country in the entire world. While we should take it as a serious threat, I think what these megalomaniacs are proposing is perhaps the biggest overreach in history. DO NOT COMPLY.

It's way past time to leave all international organizations, including the UN and the WHO. Screw them. Stop funding them, and kick them out off US property.

"“With all due respect to the sponsoring senators, that will not do the trick,” Francis Boyle, professor of international law at Illinois University, told The Epoch Times. The reason, he said, is that the WHO accord is drafted specifically to circumvent the Senate-approval process, and Congress instead should immediately withhold its yearly contributions to the WHO and take the United States out of the organization."

Looks like this bill is not necessary at all except as something that can be capitalized upon politically by all sides.

It appears that all Congress has to do is

withhold its yearly contributions to the WHO and take the United States out of the organization."

Josh Phillips did a good show about this issue.

WHO’s Power to Govern US Pandemics Back on the Table

I'd like to see the WHO declared a Terrorist Organization. That would make funding it illegal and its operatives subject to arrest and deportation.

This shitshow has gone on long enough.

I LOVE Dr. Meryl Nass's Substack articles, but this article needs to cut to the chase. Forget the rules about Congress ratifying treaties -- let's go back to fundamentals -- the way rights are set out in the Constitution!

The Constitution divided rights into three categories. The central government (the feds) got a few things, the States got a few things, and We, the People, got everything else, enumerated or not. It's right there in black and white. Print out a copy and start reading -- or take the easy, social way out and start attending the free, 6-week simple constitutional classes put on by the John Birch Society. Or by Hillsdale College.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS: Did the States or the Federal Government get assigned any rights over health care decisions? No. Did the States or Federal Government get assigned any rights over the right to make a living and feed one's self and one's family? No. So who got those unenumerated rights? WE THE PEOPLE.

So, does the federal government, e.g., Biden, have ANY legitimate power to give control over health-related matters to ANYONE? A foreign power, like the WHO, a private cartel of parasites like the WEF, or a human parasite, like Count Dracula? No.

Well, what if Congress says it's okay, or what if Congress doesn't to anything? Guess what: It makes no difference -- the federal government and your state representatives cannot give away something they do not own -- YOUR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. That's what makes our constitution unique. You get your rights from GOD -- not from the government. It says so right there in the Constitution.

So, stop acting like any of this is legitimate. Stop complying with the mask signs! Stop debating whether Biden can do this and what Congress should do.

A friend in Hayward got tired of this crap and filed a lawsuit in superior court for $1 million against a gym that wanted him to wear a mask -- and the gym fell over backwards and settled with him (not for $1 million, but it dropped its mask requirements). Behave like you know your rights. Be a lioness.

It looks like I and others who know how to do this, need to start holding workshops to help people file suits against these unlawful mandates!

One of our greatest Presidents, John F. Kennedy, said, “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.” Begin like this: JUST SAY NO TO ALL "MANDATES"! They are "mandates" because they are dictators' demands, not laws.

I have reviewed the U.S. v Belmont case and one other 1981 Supreme Court case involving attachment of Iranian assets when Iran took hostages under the Carter Administration. I'm not an international attorney and I have not read all cited cases for what Epoch Times says, or suggests, is the law (that a US President can effectively enter into a treaty without Senate approval). That said, the two cases I reviewed involved seizure or attachment or release of claims in foreign assets. The primary holding in Belmont was that a Presidential compact with Soviet Union regarding the disposition of assets trumped state (New York) law. I suggest with no other authority than my gut that a compact of this sort (i.e., about disposition of isolated foreign assets held in another country) is not tantamount to a treaty of the sort that is embodied in current talks at WHO and contemplated in the US Constitution. It could be there are Supreme Court cases holding otherwise since 1981.
