Everything seems to escalate now.
Here in Belgium, it rains since 8 months and it rains even more now. The skies are pitch black.
We are also bombarded with traffic fines, more and also more expensive. We are bombarded with emails from our Energy Supply companies that we will receive smart meters next month, all of us and that one CAN NOT REFUSE THEM. I live in a beautifully renovated Pastor's house divided into three apartments. It still has its original frame and wood-works. And yes, I will sleep above 9 smart meters soon. No way out. I discovered this decision wasn't made by our ferderal government but by Europe / WEF! The EU is NOW WEF! I found this by a so called EU report about the safety of these devices and
could link the scientists of this report who are also on the WEF website.
Meryl, this group who wrote about the so called safety 'facts' of the smart meters is a group in Ghent which is involved in studies to amalgamate humans with chips and augmented realities. I am writing a BLASTING letter (not an email!) today to the CEO of the company responsible for the installations AND to the Minister of Energie Zuhal Demir. They told me already (mail) that I will be fined if I refuse the bloody meters. We HAVE to fight this vulgar corruption all over the world!
I’m in France. I was told EDF were replacing my meter & it would be a smart meter. If I refused, they would « have to » terminate my electricity supply. I need electricity for the water pump - without electricity I have no water....
At least the thing is outside, yards away from the house.
There is paint you can buy that is supposed to be protective. You might do a search and see if you can get some in Europe. When I remodel my kitchen I plan to use this kind of paint on the wall that has a smart meter on the exterior. The state of Pennsylvania does not allow me to opt out without a lot of expense and disruption either. I don’t know anyone who opts out and with that I’m not sure I even can opt out. Most people here don’t know about the harms of smart meters.

Can't the people in Belgium... gather and protest in numbers to stop this from occurring? The WEF should not be given the power to enforce something, as harmful as these smart meters. Radiation is dangerous...and if the WEF fails to recognize this...it needs to be sued for the damages being done by its absolutely wrong action.. People should not be forced to use deadly devices to satisfy some manufacturer's money making ability.; or is it something more devious on the part of the WEF?

Brand can be funny about things for a second or two, a sort of tap-dancing gallows humor, which is a relief as the subjects being discussed are just so incredibly devastating. There's a tradition of this humor though. I heard a joke in this timbre the other day. Two Holocaust survivors are in heaven complaining about and mocking a really vicious concentration camp guard. God comes over and says "how can you crack jokes about such an evil man?" One of the Holocaust survivors says "I guess you had to be there"
