I went down there that morning. Cut past the insane traffic from my town west of toronto. Found a dungeon in which to hide the car, then arrived late expecting loads of naysayers. Alas, none were to be found. So i cautiously entered that bastion of medical tyranny and, seeing only a gentleman at a desk and a med student or 2 standing with blind faces, gazed toward him, and b4 he could ask”Sir, can i h...” i had already blurted out loudly:”where the hell is everybody?” . And, slightly embarrassed yet proud to have made some feeble attempt at support for all of us, retreated to a cafe where i watched the proceedings on YT.

The jurisdictional arguments articulated by our attorney dwarfed the jurisFictional blarney from ms. Whatshername. If there is any logic, any rule of Law at all, this hideous over-reach and abuse of power will end soon. And perhaps my Canada will return some of its dignity.

Love that interview! The attorney could build an empire just defending "dissident" physicians. Especially in Canada, which has become one of the worst medical tyrannies in the world thanks to WEF puppets Trudeau and government cronies.

Thank you Dr. Nass for picking up this video on the assault on Canadian doctors by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). In this 17 minute interview attorney Michael Alexander explains the legal situation. He is personally unraveling the laws on the books against the arbitrary and unauthorized "push" by the "dictators" so the laws can be used in favor of his clients. Viewing his legal strategy is a great example of what can be done.

Unfortunately, by citing the Charter they will not prevail since it gives government a loophole to do whatever it wants. The Bill of Rights should be used because it does not have that. One does not supercede the other, and there is case law supporting the use of the BoR in provincial matters.

In BC, the government just passed Bill 36 which weaponizes medical professionals against the public. There is no room for counter-narrative practice anymore.

Wish these Doctors the best, though. Their courageous integrity is admirable.

Excellent arguments, which will be useful to other doctors in and out of Canada.
