And finally, why bother, knowing the award is limited to $400K? Being from europe let’s see if i got these figures right. In 13 years (2010 through 2022) a total of 11,708 claims, which includes covid claims. In a little over 2 years: 11,196 Covid claims, meaning there were a total of 512 non-covid claims in 13 years!! Herein already lies a clue as to the toxicity of the covid jabs. Total # of claims decided on are 1048 (<10% of total claims), of which 543 are Covid claims. That means that 505 of the 512 non-covid claims have been decided on. And 543 of the 11,196 covid claims, of which latter 19 have been awarded, but not yet settled. Correct?

The Hartz company is a #1 offender yet EPA does NOTHING. Just sayin'...this toxic poisoning has been going on a long long time and people continue to buy the products thinking they wouldn't be allowed on the shelves unless they were safe. Can anyone tell me, how does one make a "claim" to be considered for compensation for a vax injury. I do not have an injury, I just want to understand the process. I am aware of the process of submitting an adverse reaction to the VAERS system, but in today's post, Dr. Nass says that one must seek compensation within one year or you have timed out. I am interested in knowing what it is that vaccine injured people must initiate to be considered for compensation even though they likely will not receive any compensation. Can anyone help me with this? I know people who have been vax injured, and I think for all of them it has probably been too long - the ones I can think of are still able to work even though with significant symptoms but I think it has been too long by now - I just would llike to know in case I may know people who should at lesat apply.
