As for the second part where he predicts "a pandemic next year", depending on when the conversation took place, this too may be grossly misconstrued.

I have gone down the “rabbit hole” some time ago, I believe before the damn vaccines came out about Moderna. Did extensive research on the company and it’s history.
In doing so....I can across a very interesting article....link below from 2017.
In the article, which talks about Moderna’s history and reputation, there is discussion about the strange switch from focusing on medications for rare diseases to a focus on vaccines. One former Moderna executive even says that it made no sense given that vaccines were a loss leader so why would you focus on that.
Recognize that Moderna was founded in 2012 and much capital flowed into it on the premise that it was going to “revolutionize” medicine and healthcare with the mRNA technology and RNA. These are the same guys referring to mRNA as the software of life and the fact that this technology theoretically not only can be used to cure diseases by can, in Roux’s words, allow man to engineer his own evolution.
The thing is, despite lots of cash flowing from the likes of Gates and others at the outset, Moderna had failed to bring any product to market.
Reminds me a bit of the very costly, disruptive and failing foray of the fin/tech elite into education with their theories around “reform” and digitizing education being a “personalized” and superior approach. Total failure in practice because it did not account for human nature in many respects. Perhaps that is why now they are fixating on hacking human consciousness, but I digress.
Back to Moderna and the article below. When you read it, do you find anything peculiar about the discussion around vaccines? Do you notice how he speaks of vaccines in the pipeline....two for influenza strains, one for Zika and ONE SECRET VACCINE.
I find it rather interesting that as a company, one that was floundering financially after its inception due to failure to deliver a product, was able to still maintain its air of secrecy when speaking to and with its big investors. Just odd. Unless, of course they were ok with the secrecy publicly because they had an inkling of what was to come.

And that’s not all. Very interesting to research who the founders of Moderna are and who financed them. The initial financial backing came from Noubar Afayen. Do you know who he is? He is an investor with his company known as Flagship Pioneering in Cambridge, MA. Hmmmm.
Anyhow, I also discovered that in 2014 he was the head of the WEF Global Council on Emerging Technologies for none other than the World Economic Forum. And in 2014 he wrote a report for the WEF about the top 10 emerging technologies. It is an interesting list....including the RNA tech as well as the computer/brain interface. Imagine that....nearly a decade ago and the likes of Afayen and Those affiliated with Moderna are messing around with what amounts to tech to interface man and machine. Do you now better understand why when Dr. Malone maintained in his substack that he was only learning upon doing recent research that our DoD was working on cyborg tech I reached out to you and said...”come on, how can that be?” And that is even setting aside for the moment that Langer has his own laboratory at MIT and we know now that Malone was working in partnership/association at the MIT-Lincoln Lab. Do you know who finds that and what the mission of that MIT lab is? Again, begins to beg questions about how one with the connections he claims and the background in biomedical research, including the research for national security which he cannot share due to non-disclosure clauses, could possibly not know that they have had and have been working on such technology out of public view for at least close to 10 years?
But again, not looking to offend you....that is the space from which I wrote to you....how could anyone in the biomedical field, doing the consulting work he does, pretend to not have known about this technology?
So let’s now talk about Langer....MIT Langer lab. Who was he working with in recent years? And what is his work? Seriously? I mean, Dr. Malone on response to my comments about Langer reported that Langer was a predator that he had watched for years. The question is....how do?

That is, the idea is that they want to corner the market on all mRNA vaccines because of the mRNA technology. In other words, like a computer (because that is how these guys think) it is a “program” that they feel has several applications---not just vaccines.
Langer’s specialty in part involves creating human tissue and its application in biomedical field. I know that is a gross oversimplification.
But that also brings me to my questions (which I have posited before) about his work with Charles Lieber. There are articles about that collaboration out there. The timing of Lieber’s arrest and his specialty in my view is suspect and a rabbit hole that might be worth examining.
And then, when you consider the possibilities that arise out of that....looking at who Lieber worked with, where and in what capacity...here and the US....well, just keep going.

Many have read into his comment that these were COVID vaccines but he doesn't say that; they may have been the vaccines needed for Moderna research purposes. Readers may recall Moderna's boast reported in msm that it took them only two days to make their vaccine once they had the virus genome. I have no doubt that Moderna is dirty in untold ways--there is even an argument in The Expose that they made the virus--but here while Bancel may be boasting to insiders of foreknowledge of the Plandemic, so far as the evidence in the video goes he may just be saying that Moderna stands ready to increase production to whatever is needed.
