There are gay Jesuits that follow an agenda that allows them to come out, but that changes the rules on celibacy. 57% of Swiss electric generation is mountain hydropower, 38% nuclear and only a smattering of fossil fuels. Air is the cleanest in Europe. Green issues have been a top priority for so long that it might be hard for new environmental initiatives to get any traction.
The Green Propagandists, led by the massively financed Greenpeace, Inc, managed to convince the gullible to vote to abandon Nuclear Power, like the idiots in Germany. Some fairy tale about they can replace them with wind & solar. Imagine solar in Switzerland? Avg lifespan of 18yrs. And an EROI of 0.82:1, so every solar panel installed uses more energy than it provides. And nothing like despoiling the beautiful Swiss countryside with ugly Industrial Wind Turbines.
When is Greenpeace ever going to come clean and tell us where their incredible $400M/yr comes from? Why is that top secret?
Yes, agree that like Brexit, this is primarily an expression of contempt for "globalism" rather than an ideological endorsement of the "right," whatever that now means. (Of course the NY Times will most likely "narrate" the opposite of what I just said). Would love to see home schooling double in the U.S., from 3.5 to 7 percent.

One of my first and favorite persons was Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano when he gave a keynote speech with narration way back in the beginning of Covid. Archbishop told a story about a man who went onto a mountain, alone for a year, to contemplate life. When the man came down off the mountain everything had changed and the man did not know or understand why (covid lockdowns). Archbishop's long ago story was as profound then as are his words today.
It is beyond sad what is likely to happen here in the states. I wonder if Canada and Australia, etc will go free and the USA will become a Chinese state? Oh goody.
