AB7 creates a centralized statewide digital health database system and requires all state entities, healthcare providers and insurers to use that system and Sb419 sets up the framework for "interoperability" between the state database and other entities like the feds and the WHO. Our Republican Governor has not signed them yet, although I fully expect that he will based upon the fact that he signed SB172 the other day which allows minor children of ANY AGE to consent to certain drugs, medical procedures & devices and vaccines without parental consent or knowledge. Awesome...not really.
