I just learned tonight that the only charges that the Board considered for my Immediate Suspension in Jan were those of misinformation, all of which have been dropped. But my license remains suspended
I am so incredibly heartened and inspired by doctors willing to stand up for what is right. And so incredibly disheartened by those who know better, but bow down to the establishment, for whatever reason they use to justify their crime.
Day 1 was completely ridiculous until you and your attorney were allowed to speak. The board was extremely unprofessional....sleeping, eating, the pagination issue, clearly not paying attention, etc.
One thing that was definitely proven on day 1....you showed poise, ethical integrity, professionalism, and that you're boatloads smarter than any other person on the board and their attorney. Thoroughly enjoyed you putting them in their place!
It would seem that there is no longer any basis for your suspension. 🤔 But we are living in a Clown World, so you never know. Good luck tomorrow and know we admire your courage and have your back!
I know this is hard. But, there are other ways to help people heal themselves. I’ve been an alternative practitioner for over 30 years. Lots of hate and accusations. Lots of humiliation. But I persevered and I reached a few thousand people in spite of everything. Retired, now, but still working with folks and my family as needed. You can find alternative ways to still be a doctor. It just won’t look like what you’ve practiced for all this time. And, maybe, it’s time to change anyway since much of what you’ve been taught is based on a lot of lies. You can still be a healer. You are much needed as one. It just might look a wee different from where you are, now. Best of luck to you and many Blessings.

Hope you notified the bar of Emily's malpractice. And all your friends. Lawyers are even more unprofessional than doctors these days.
