I have read the parts of the UN Pact and agree that they use flowery, non specific, vague , solution barren language with the message of "Trust Us". So it's the relevant stakeholders that will be served. Begs the question, what's the difference between all stakeholders (i.e., everyone on earth) compared to the relevant stakeholders, as I'm sure is determined by them?! How do they decide who is and isn't relevant?! And what happens if you aren't determined to be a RELEVANT stakeholder in their estimation?
This is curious since the very first line of the document is: "1. We, the Heads of State and Government, representing the peoples of the world..." which seems to imply all peoples, not just the relevant ones. So how are the non-relevant stakeholders of the world then represented, or to be treated?
