Excellent!

This points out the conflict between mere legality and "natural law." Nature law is a long-established concept going back to Thomas Aquinas (and likely beyond) stating that laws should be based on and supportive of human nature and goodwill, and laws that subvert human nature and goodwill (I'm greatly simplifying!) are invalid even if codified.

Many base natural law on God's plan but we don't need to bring God into it; religion is a private matter whereas civil society should work without appeal to a creator, with appeal only to our own good natures. So yes, the fundamental idea for this is that we're all basically good people, whether that goodness comes from religious belief or from instinct or from a simple good heart.

The founding fathers of America understood the idea of natural law and this is the basis of our Constitution, and I think the idea can be summed up as: our greatest good is that we're each free to pursue our own greatest good within the broad confines of the law. America was originally designed to ensure that individual good.

This good is premised on property rights because who would work for their own version of their good-- making for example a residence and gardens, etc.-- if it could be taken by the state or the collective? So we see that the Great Reset is attacking property rights, as explained by Webb.

In a sense we need a new constitution or amendments that make explicit our reliance on natural law. This is something we need to have ready when we get to the other side of this, and also as a way to dismantle the narrative that the state and its legal system are irrefutable and almighty.

BTW Reiner Fuellmich's Grand Jury investigation is explicitly based on natural law, and the measure of the corruption of the current legal system is that no court would take the case.

Notice in the summary provided by Webb and Brown, the key phrase: "with

the purpose of subverting property rights." Take property and you take power from the people, so they become more helpless in the face of elite power structures/state power.

Property rights are essential to a thriving society.

In Germany, while farmers have been occupying the streets with their tractors and sounding the alarm that they face an existential threat, I am noticing a number of stories lately in the media portraying people who are trying to form local, independent communities - specifically with farms - as being "anti-democratic, right-wing extremists," setting up "dangerous parallel societies" with their organic farms. I'll link an English version of this nonsense from the Guardian below. My point being: even if you have the means to become self reliant, don't think you won't face resistance.

Agree. But having some wealth allows us to resist more forcefully.

Those who disagree with the consensus reality as presented by the BBC or NPR, etc., are being labeled as right-wing extremists, fascists, etc. This is part of the massive censorship/propaganda campaign.

Slowly we have to convince those who swallow the consensus propaganda that it's all lies.

No one has the ability to produce their own food or convert their assets to land. So this whole "great taking" bit is complete idiocy. We are social beings. The only answer is for us to come together in renewal of our civilization. It starts with love of God and love of neighbor. We were told that a while ago. It is now time to practice it.

To collect "points," requires a far different tack to be taken, but that would be dishonest. The only "points" sought after among the ladies and gentlemen's comments are those which stand out as erroneous, false or hopeless points mostly based on tradition which likely endangers their souls. Much more should be written about this. Time spent doing so is worthy IMO as certain points deserve our closest inspection, comparing to Scripture for verification is all that is required.

Richard has touched on fundamental Christian demeanor and practice. However ideologically warm and fuzzy that now seems, it is grandiose and previews a time to come. We WILL come together but not as a society without God. That is impossible. We ARE "social beings" but the Commandments disclose how all must be framed to work flawlessly. The Word goes into detail and richly describes the Character of God, which is exemplified by His Commandments. Love for God first, then for ones neighbor, lastly for self (if at all).

Brother Richard has glimpses or flashes of the "New Word" and wishfully (and rightfully so) hopes that our "civilization" will repent of its former self, and turn to God. But previous to Christ's Return, (before the dark and terrible day arrives), our ONLY hope (individually speaking) rests with repenting for disparaging His Holy Character, on our knees for mercy and the H.S. to extricate the inherent evil within us, and replace it with love, faith and joy. To obtain that, we need a real "relationship" with Christ. The "national" relationship is all but over. God is surely put off by it, and His patience is stretched. And Satan will surely advantage himself as God's Protective Hand is reluctantly withdrawn from the once favored nation, USA.

To address the issue of control in the world, one need look no further than the "banksters." They have collaborated together to form the system of credit we all know of. The system destroyed many a marriage, family, and individual. They have been waiting for this moment in time, while printing "notes" to loan to us, to entire nations, and to both sides of any war. These are NOT Americans, but international cartel members with a long term plan to bankrupt the entire world. It's a deep study, but there rests the difficulties relating to money. "Collateral damage" takes on a new meaning as one extrapolates the consequences of being unable for a country to repay the INTEREST, much less the principal.

Above these unfathomably rich criminals resides an "underground" secret society by the name of "The Society of Jesus" of all things~! AKA the Jesuits. These are the top controllers who manage every aspect of business and corruption this world engages in. Again, it is a very deep and troubling topic to learn of., but there can be no mistake about the truths which can be discovered if willing to invest the time. Make no mistake, the Jesuits are in control and determined to remain there. They are the militant arm of the Catholic Church.

It'd difficult enough to condense world history, with its wars and all, but to try and do so when under-ground "societies" are among the players, is an extreme challenge but I have to sometimes just drop back and punt: Get right with your Creator, learn of Him, Obey Him,

TRUST Him, and all will be as it should be..

Your brother,

R

Thank you for your response to my comment Ray.

On the subject of the banksters, please take a look at my new book.

If you should read it, please let me know what you think.

On the subject of who is behind the "Cabal" identified by Dr. Meryl Nass, you name the Jesuits. If you have a chance, I would appreciate learning of your sources for that opinion.

Thanks

Richard,

Greetings and a Happy New Year (hopefully speaking) to you and yours!

I've been a Seventh Day Adventist "Bible Fundamentalist" Christian now for well over a decade. In that time, I've had the pleasure to become acquainted with that church and its Bible based doctrines. NO OTHER CHURCH ON THE PLANET is able to defend its own doctrines using the KJV Bible. Only the Adventist Church is able to do it and do it solidly. Using prophecy and the written Word, it has been learned that the church has been commissioned to tell of the things which God's prophets have, through the ages, made manifest, especially in the last days, which we now live in.

God being beneficent and super loving of His Created beings, has not wished to put an end to the dark ordeal that this campaign to expose the wickedness of sins to the believers because many will be lost to "sleeping at their posts" of duty to Truth. God allows this thing to fester into what will become the "Time of Jacob's Trouble." It will be horrendous but must be faced with courage by all.

Just a little backdrop of a portion of the future, made so plain, any child can understand it. The same God who loves and cares for every human being, has provided the planet with an "end times prophet." Right away, people envision a false prophet when that is said. To that, I would answer, investigate her works for your own learning. Read diligently and report back to me, when it is discovered anywhere, that she ventures off the track of Christ-centeredness, and inputs "self" to the scene. If she utters anything remotely resembling humor, or if she has written one single thing which is contrary to God's Word in Scripture, then I will be submitted and tap out. But it will not happen. She lived until I think it was 1915 to 88 yrs of age. Died poor. Was confirmed a true prophet by the Bible itself.

ANYway, just a little history there. If you would like to begin to learn about the Jesuit arm of the RCC, look no further than "The Great Controversy" (which brings to view the war between Christ and Satan) and the historical accounting of the RCC and her role in history, along with her role presented to the reader in prophecy. It's an inspired book, and one of great worth.

There have been others, some defectors, others just victims of the RCC but all have vouched for the sordid and dark happenings therein. The church herself is open about her domination goals, and behind the scenes has created a work-force that has no rival, no moral compass, no limitations to their purpose, which is to further the aims of the "Mother Church." Further reading might be well spent in "Fox's Book of Martyrs. And there are numerous Youtube videos that expose the satanically founded and upheld "society" of the Jesuits. They control the Free-masons, which are very large and powerful. And also control every other "secret society."

If you engage in the pursuit for your own curiosity, be sure to pack a large lunch!

Ray

The book of Revelations is hard to understand in places, but it talks of man’s decline in a manner of accuracy that does not befit dismissal. What it says requires faith as stated earlier in scripture, but nowhere can you find in scripture is the notion that God can be disregarded at any time without chancing the ultimate penalty, which man is incapable of delivering. That’s big. Scripture also calls out for putting others before self, and the worker being worthy of his hire, and treating one’s body as a temple unto God. This means that if Dr Nass is working to keep others healthy, she is to be left to do so. These are Godly, Biblical directives which few, unfortunately, are embracing.

Thank You, Meryl. This is something which may be avoided by owning your house completely, but with stocks and bonds, anything with shared-ownership, it looks like somebody has booked that as an "asset" somewhere, hypothecated and rehypothecated it, and the "owner" of the derivative on it has super-seniority of ownership over the "real owner" and everybody else in the line.

99.9% of "us" can be "Muppets" in this form of "Financial Innovation".

How will the "Great Taking" be enforced?

Somebody has to kill people who stay in houses which are not their property, right? What about shutting off the water, electricity, gas and sewer, and leaving all the trash there, shutting off their credit cards and bank account? That should work, right?

How about doing that to "everybody"? How about half of everybody?

That is not "finance"; that is "politics"...

Who pays the enforcers, with what?

What if the enforcers side with the 99% or the 50%?

What if some of the enforcers "won't shoot Americans"?

The Great Taking is real. It is also real that, in cases where the Government decides not to bail out a bank, the bank can use your deposit. It became law at Obamas insistance in 2009.

Instead of bailing out homeowners in 2008, Obama pushed through allowing the owner to short sale and not be on the hook with the IRS. That pushed prices lower, Blackrock was allowed to buy any house in short sale before anyone else.

The bigger win for Obama was Obamacare. That placed the power of medicine into few hands, the Deep State captured them and years later doctors killed patients to keep their Job with Remdesiver, etc.

Obama was truly the one that destroyed America.

Indeed, although I would say he was *used* to destroy America, as he has always been little more than a CIA puppet (I mean, how many SS#s and cooked records does this hollow man have? LOL! And sexual preferences, for that matter?). He also refused to close Gitmo, "look into" the Patriot Act, or keep any other campaign promises aimed primarily at us skeptical independents. I voted enthusiastically for him in 2008, but by 2010 it was obvious he was just another globalist banker bee-otch. I was all in for Ron Paul after that....

"When you deposit money in a bank, you are a UNSECURED creditor. When a bank fails, you get in line with all the other depositors." As stated by Martin Armstrong on hharper substack.

All this rigamarole about secured and unsecured creditors appears to be legalese so that the property rights of individuals can be abused.

If banks lent out according to their real assets without fractional reserve lending, then your money should be safe, and why wouldn't it be? It's a perversion of common sense to say that your money in a bank isn't yours but in a bank failure somehow belongs to people ahead of you in line-- the "secured" creditors.

FYI: This is actually from Martin Armstrong, not hharper.

Corrected (I hope!)

And I don't believe the issue is the seizing of everything. As I understand, what we think we own as stocks and bonds are subject to being seized by "secured creditors," since these are (legally) serving as collateral for other debt obligations. Hence the analogy of thinking you own your car outright when it's fully paid off, yet the car is collateral unbeknownst to you against other obligations.

Webb never says they can seize everything. But if a collapse comes the damage of having "your" financial assets swept up by "secured creditors" would be damaging enough.

Who orchestrated it? The answer, owners of the center banks. Through the fraud of factional reserve banking, they stole the wealth of the world, but it's about lot more than just money and much darker. They want a world of their own.
