The WHO is a tool of globalists, in particular the alliance between the WEF, Pharma, Rockefeller Foundation, Gates Foundation and Rothschild Foundation. This globalist alliance is pulling the WHO strings. Puppet Biden and his puppet administration are 100% on board with all these agreements and treaties-that-aren't-quite-treaties. It seems crazy but efforts by the State Department to call the 2005 IHRs a treaty when they were never accepted as such nor ratified by the Senate is one [existing] precedent.
The goal seems to be to get the World Health Assembly (one nation one vote) to give a simple majority and then in six months they go into force.
But negotiations are still in progress, which is why no one can answer these questions for you in a satisfying way. Where does the money come from? Please help find out? Right now governments are doing this.
