We weaken without sufficient protein. Eggs provide the only perfect protein. Meat provides good protein, and the only source of Vitamin B12 and CLA of which I'm aware, but its acidic. The length of human intestines prove we are meant to eat some meat. Nuts go rancid with storage. Legumes have too many lectins for chronic illness. Grains have glutens and other lectins that creates problems for chronic illness. Beans and rice can't work for everybody.
Testing. If the animal testing is anywhere as fake, phony and false as the PCR testing for CV the world has been subjected to, 95% false positives (throw dart at board blindfolded be more accurate), they are detecting presence of microbiology that's non-infectious, non-replicating 95% of the time and poses no threat to anyone or any other animal.
