I have also heard that the IHR has rules that other countries military can come in to bring order. I am meticulous about reading Dr. Nass' updates on the WHO and FDA. So as fascinating and infuriating this very comprehensive report is, little surprised me until I came upon the section on "remote inspections of drug and vaccine manufacturers."
Clicking on the link I discovered the following:

In other words, vaccines are not only medically worthless (except to enrich the self-appointed "elites"), neither are they manufactured under any reasonable standards of on-site oversight. The thought makes my skin crawl.
The COVID pandemic was (is) not a biological pandemic, it's a political pandemic. The biology of COVID is nothing special. It's like the flu, a virus SARS-COV-2. The disease, COVID, "caused by the virus" generates infinite variety because each infected person is a unique individual.. The politics of COVID is not like the politics of other diseases. We want to cure most diseases. But our political and corporate infrastructure wants to leverage the disease for profit. Patients are no longer victims of the disease, to be cured, they are simply political oawns in the profit game.
Perhaps all pandemics have some elements of politics. But, why can't we cure COVID? Because COVID cures, even though they are commonplace and most are trivial - officially, no cures can be permitted, so no cures can be found.
I forgot to mention that each individual case of infection by a virus also varies with regard to the infection site(s) and the severity of infection at each site. Some individual actions, like wearing a face mask while infected, can increase the number of infection sites, thus increasing the growth and severity of the overall infection and disease even before the immune system kicks into gear at any infection site.
Agree Tracy. Healthy people and cured people do not bring in revenue. Just look at the increased numbers of cancer, dementia, Parkinsons to name a few.
