Keep in mind that RFK has resources -- I even tried, oddly unsuccessfully, to provide pro bono legal assitance to CHD. So, what I noticed was that even if the CHD-related vaxx litigation got somewhere initially, it always lost on appeal. And it lost for a predictable reason. If you sue the government, but do not sue based on a fundamental constitutional right, and win, on appeal, an appellate court applies certain tests, and which test applies is based on whether a fundamental human right was involved.
If no fundamental right was involved, the reviewing court applies the rational basis test -- if the government had any rational asis for what it did, even if it was wrong, the government wins and you lose on appeal. So, if you are a cleverf attorney, you can make yourwself look like a hero by suing -- and yet make sure you do not win -- if the people for whom you actually work do NOT want to be forced to give up mandating vaccines.

If I wanted to support a candidate for president other than Trump and other than Biden, I certainly would not use these statements in this instance of Catherine Austin Fitts and Mark Crispin Miller. (I have great respect for the work of both of these individuals toward truth and reality and justice, but not in this instance, if I am understanding correctly here.)
Catherine Austin Fitts has said that “No matter who is president, they will allow bioweapons to kill Americans without hesitation.” In this instance, I think it matters very much who is president, if the two presidents are Trump and Biden.

I will elaborate.
Biden was non campos mentis when he was installed as president and is so now. Trump was not non compos mentis when he was elected president and and he is not so now. That makes a big difference in determining what each man “believed” or became convinced of because of surrounding advisers about the nature of the “COVID vaccines.
Biden just says and does what he is told to say and do by his handlers. Biden cannot “believe” anything and he cannot become intellectually educated or persuaded on any subject by his “advisers.”
Trump and Biden are not equal in what is at issue here.
Trump appears much more likely to be to understand and intellectually accept what his advisers were “informing” him about. If he trusted his “expert advisers” to know more on the subject of pandemics and vaccines, something he knew he did not have much knowledge about, I could see that relying on those advisers’ “facts” could be seen as quite reasonable.
One last thing, the whole idea of the “COVID vaccines” being “bioweapons” was brought forth by Karen Kingston in about July of 2021 and she always appeared to always be using that term, bioweapon, in connection with the mRNA COVID vaccines. I am not disputing that the mRNA vaccines are bioweapons, as Ms. Kingston admirably found the proof in pouring over the patents and legal contract documents. I am saying that from the time of her getting the association of bioweapons always with mRNA vaccines, she seemed to be minimizing the fact that both kinds of the “COVID vaccines”, that is, the mRNA vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna mainly and the adenoviral vector vaccines, Astrazeneca and Johnson & Johnson. The Astrazeneca and J&J vaccines were already being given to people in the USA and Europe since early very 2021 and they were already making people very ill, though the term "bioweapon" does not apply to them as I understand it. Europe took note of that first by taking them off the market, but USA soon followed.

In a recent episode Judge Napolitano recounts Trump asking him to review the list of pardons and they went through the long list. He claims Trump was convinced that Assange and Snowden should be pardoned, but messaged him a few days later and said his people had convinced him not to do it. The more I read Meryl and Pierre Kory's substacks, the more I'm seeing a left, liberal lean towards RFK, Jr. Which is fine, to each his own.
I believe I read that Children's Health Defense (CHD) fund (non-profit headed by RFK, Jr before he took leave to campaign for President) might be helping fund Meryl's legal expenses or helping with legal representation. And of course Fitts is a frequent guest on CHD. So, any political type posts or stories shared by these RFK, Jr favored substacks are likely going to cast shade on a conservative option like Trump.

If I wanted to support a candidate for president other than Trump and other than Biden, I certainly would not use these statements in this instance of Catherine Austin Fitts and Mark Crispin Miller. (I have great respect for the work of both of these individuals toward truth and reality and justice, but not in this instance, if I am understanding correctly here.)
Catherine Austin Fitts has said that “No matter who is president, they will allow bioweapons to kill Americans without hesitation.” In this instance, I think it matters very much who is president, if the two presidents are Trump and Biden.
Also, Catherine Austin Fitts seems to be equating the “bioweapons idea” with the “depopulation idea.”
I will elaborate.
Biden was non campos mentis when he was installed as president and is so now. Trump was not non compos mentis when he was elected president and and he is not so now. That makes a big difference in determining what each man “believed” or became convinced of because of surrounding advisers about the nature of the “COVID vaccines.
Biden just says and does what he is told to say and do by his handlers. Biden cannot “believe” anything and he cannot become intellectually educated or persuaded on any subject by his “advisers.”
Trump and Biden are not equal in what is at issue here.
Trump appears much more likely to be to understand and intellectually accept what his advisers were “informing” him about. If he trusted his “expert advisers” to know more on the subject of pandemics and vaccines, something he knew he did not have much knowledge about, I could see that relying on those advisers’ “facts” could be seen as quite reasonable.
One last thing, the whole idea of the “COVID vaccines” being “bioweapons” was brought forth by Karen Kingston in about July of 2021 and she always appeared to always be using that term, bioweapon, in connection with the mRNA COVID vaccines. I am not disputing that the mRNA vaccines are bioweapons, as Ms. Kingston admirably found the proof in pouring over the patents and legal contract documents. I am saying that from the time of her getting the association of bioweapons always with mRNA vaccines, she seemed to be minimizing the fact that both kinds of the “COVID vaccines”, that is, the mRNA vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna mainly and the adenoviral vector vaccines, Astrazeneca and Johnson & Johnson. The Astrazeneca and J&J vaccines were already being given to people in the USA and Europe since early very 2021 and they were already making people very ill, though the term "bioweapon" does not apply to them as I understand it. Europe took note of that first by taking them off the market, but USA soon followed.
I will just say that I have always been uneasy about the sudden exclusive focus on the bioweapon mRNA shots and I see, from recent information, that there seems to be a plan underway by the BigPharma and governmental entities to steer the conversations of the public only in that one direction for the purpose of getting themselves off the hook with the negative opinions of the public toward both entities.
Yes the depopulation agenda is WEF's thing, while the bioweapon agenda is military-pharma-industrial-complex conspiracy to loot the public at any cost. While their interests may converge now they arent necessarily permanent allies. For one thing, depopulation will eventually clash with neo-feudalism since masses of peasants are needed to fuel the rich at a ratio of thousands to one.
