The devil's always in the fine print. It is outrageous that congress never reads any of these bills. Since when is the FDA a constitutional created agency? The FDA and CDC are to be completely ignored if you want to save your life from their dictates.

Make clear to congressmen and candidates, if they haven't red and agreed with (obviously also finding it constitutional) a bill, it behooves them to vote "No!".

Changing the rules to create more tyranny, not honoring the reasons laws and Constitutional amendments were written in the first place, Constantly moving the goalposts to further the NWO agendas. It's very scary. What few back-handed protections we did have under the EUA rules were destroyed.

Perhaps equally charming is the vaccine cash bonanza in the "inflation reduction" act, which basically puts a 29-shot bounty on the head of every incarcerated person in America: https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/3833708-white-house-focusing-on-vaccine-access-for-vulnerable/

From that linked article:

"...ensure vulnerable populations have access to needed vaccines..."

"...they need a particular vaccine..."

"...talk with trusted partners..."

Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), who serves on the Ways [To Kill You] ]and [We're Really] Mean[ie]s Committee and is the new chairman of the House Select Subcommittee on [COVID-ClownWorld®]: "We really need to have accurate data at the disposal of physicians.”

It's all so blatantly absurd.

omg...well that explains why we are now hearing the SOE will end. Complete rogue congress. Let's just make up rules to keep the tyranny train rolling. Is this LEGAL??

Unlikely they ever read it. Reminds me of how my local school board voted on a budget after I pointed out to them that, due to a photocopying error by the office assistant, none of them had the complete budget. Just goes to show....those in office often do not do the work they are supposed to. It is like they figure somebody else has so they follow each other’s lead, it is an interesting form of group think that seems to thrive in bloated government and/or committee processes.

And then there is the Delphi method where our elected officials hand over their judgment (and responsibility) to some “expert” who they follow ‘just because’ of their notoriety, fame, money or influence. But committee members are made to think they actually had the right and ability to challenge. It is how those with the $ and power continue their stranglehold on the agenda going forward. In essence they tell you what to think and they set the process up so that you pay yourself on the back for being a contributing member and you actually contributed nothing---just got a new title or badge to put on your resume.

Laughable really. But with this whole process comes plausible deniability and in this day and age people have become quite accustomed to passing the buck....going along to get along....or being afraid of being unpopular or labeled. Does not bode well.

Again, this is the “playbook” of the fin/tech elite. They have a well oiled machine to make decisions for us and they now which levers to pull and what skids need greasing.

Do we know who added this gem to the omnibus? And was there any debate on it?

Illegal laws are not laws. Illegal declarations are not capable of declaring anything valid or defensable whatsoever. They are all treason and will be treated in exactly that way. They cannot take what is not in their power to take. Those not paying attention will be taken but the majority will not.

From the FDA's website:

"Importantly, the ending of the public health emergency declared by HHS under the Public Health Service Act will not impact FDA’s ability to authorize devices (including tests), treatments or vaccines for emergency use. Existing emergency use authorizations (EUAs) for products will remain in effect and the agency may continue to issue new EUAs going forward when criteria for issuance are met."

https://www.fda.gov/emergency-preparedness-and-response/mcm-legal-regulatory-and-policy-framework/faqs-what-happens-euas-when-public-health-emergency-ends

(I don't know what parts of the FDA's answer above, which are at the top of the page and labeled "January 31 update", are due to the new provisions in the spending bill that were mentioned in the post.)

This basically eviscerates the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. You don't need an emergency to offer people untested slop, and then you can presumably illegally mandate the slop as well.

This is exactly what the NAZIS did. They made everything they did LEGAL. Just like our politicians are doing. Just like the story presented in Vera's docuseries.

And when it isn't legal yet they still do it, because we cannot mount enough cases against them. And they are reckless now, hurrying things for their final solution, whatever it is.

The ongoing legalization of state crimes, which is as you say is Nazi jurisprudence, keeps amazing me. When the Maskachusetts Supreme Court (the SJC) legalized the banning of protests, I think back in June 2020, declaring that there was no first-amendment violation because people could protest on Zoom (!), I told a friend of many years that it was fascism. He never talked to me again.

Oh, and it's even better: As of today, you don't need a positive corona test to get a pharmacist to hand you Paxlovid or Lagevrio ("Today, FDA revised the Letters of Authorization for two EUAs, Paxlovid and Lagevrio, to remove the requirement for positive test results to prescribe these products." https://www.fda.gov/emergency-preparedness-and-response/mcm-legal-regulatory-and-policy-framework/emergency-use-authorization)

So you don't need an emergency for an EUA, and you don't need to test positive for a virus in order to get antivirals. And either the taxpayer or the people who pay into your insurance plan are picking up the tab. This is one amazing and sweet deal for Pfizer and Merck. What's especially exciting is the precedent it sets for any other patentable molecule. It doesn't have to clear the FDA approval bar or be limited in its administration to people who are actually sick. It just has to ... I don't know, be made by a pharmaceutical firm and not be off-patent?

You're kidding, right? GAO has no power, so as you note, anything it said would be a recommendation, which would be ignored. Also, GAO moves in government time, so anything it might have to say about handing taxpayers' money directly to Pfizer won't be said for months. The rules were thrown out the window three years ago, and now Pfizer is laughing all the way to the bank. Guys like Offit call it "COVID exceptionalism," but I think we'll all see that it's a new, low bar for Pharma, which will be exploited the way the old, not all that high bar was exploited. But yeah, everyone in my circle knows what I think about the safety and efficacy (LOL) of these products. It doesn't matter. Meanwhile the clowns in Congress are busy gossiping about who left what "classified" documents where. Good times.

I'm sure most congressmen were unaware of what they were signing. They need to take back their authority from the "big boys" that are sticking this stuff in to legislation, as they have been doing, for at least a half century ( see Bailywick News substack).

First we must open their eyes. Let's all send this post to your representative.

I feel bad that Meryl Nass is being harassed by this medical licensure abuse that is a form of Despotism without due process at the front end, imaginary accusations for which no facts can be produced, and continued harassment to not immediately declare Meryl Nass's medical license valid simultaneously with withdrawing the invalid associated charges. This is extremely cruel punishment for something that is not punishable--helping patients live with legally prescribed pharmaceuticals that have been safe and effective for decades, when others killed their patients. This is despotism that is very unAmerican by definition in the founding documents of America. That barbarous Board of tyrants that oppresses Meryl Nass is unfit to have power over medical professionals in a free nation. They have proven themselves intentionally deaf to the voice of injustice. Why isn't this board pulling the licenses of medical professionals who didn't protect their patients in this way and prescribed drugs after being warned such drugs would kill their patients? The Founding documents pre-empt anything done by the FDA and CDC, especially an FDA or its overseer HHS that illegally evaded its legal responsibility to first call an institutional review board, which should have determined that Meryl Nass's prescriptions were the gold standard protocol to treat COVID-19.
