Dr. Faust was cross-examined by my attorney Gene Libby. He continued to waffle, obfuscate, wriggle and roll to try and avoid Board rules and convict me despite the absence of evidence. He also was again insolent, telling my attorney that he would know when he finished answering a question when no sound came from his mouth. Or something close to that.

I regularly read MedPage Today, and I'm amazed at how biased their reporting is...and how rarely they ever publish anything that might encourage any degree of vaccine hesitancy.
It is particularly remarkable how the Maine Medical Board even ever considered using this person as an "expert." More costs to the public...and all in support of Big Pharma shills.
Dr. Nass, they are costing you time and money in continuing their foolish clown show. Hope you sue each and every one of them who put you through this ridiculous nonsense for damages and attorney’s fees...especially that unqualified, non-expert, idiot Faust.
Your live hearing with Dr Risch, offered enjoyable ‘lessons’ in sound reasoning in genuine care. And with Mr Faust, the ‘show’ elucidated the generic machinations of monopolized and militarized biomedicine. So I wish you and legal counsel could take on the idiocy of medical ‘boards’ (associations) in other jurisdictions.... or that your brand of reality television could reach the homes and inspire caring adults everywhere. I've done some hearings for doctors, in a prehearing setting that is done preparatory to filing a lawsuit in my state. They had hearing officers pulled from the capitol city. I don't think they had even read the statute and administrative rules concerning the hearings. Excruciating.
Dr Harvey Risch was wonderful, didn't hold back. Surprising the board didn't have questions for such an imminent professional. They embarrassed themselves once again. Can't believe another day and not until the end of July. Sue for missed wages.
No matter what happens Dr. Nass, you are fully vindicated in the only court that matters, the court of real truth and justice.

I have been in similar situations also with the state of Maine of being falsely accused and vilified by the AG’s office…Fake News!
