This is a grossly inaccurate statement. Maybe it should say, "The U.S. Government ordered the killing of 81 million poultry and aquatic birds due to a small number of suspected cases of avian flu since January 2022." The birds did not die naturally of avian flu, and were then counted. It is quite certain that there would have many fewer birds deaths if the indiscriminate slaughter were not demanded by the U.S. Government.
I feel its part of the effort to stop everyone except factory farms from raising their own chickens. Again they want the opposite of self sustaining! They will stop at nothing to control every aspect.
