Here's a plan that is simple and rational, which means of course the government would never consider it:
1. Use eminent domain to re-capture all that farmland Bill Gates acquired. He is not a farmer!
2. Hire a number of experts in restorative farming using sound ecological principles. mostly organic to be live-in teachers
3. Build basic but sound housing with good sanitation in place. Some perhaps utilizing closed military bases (encourage that!)
4. Locate those who are homeless or nearly so and inform them that they now have a home and income enough to live a modest but comfortable life that begins with three letters: " YES"
5. Show them pictures of the sites with new construction and adequate plumbing and privacy.
6. Provide free transportation to the sites.
7. Food grown will be healthy and assist with any existing health issues.
8. Surplus food to be sold to provide income to the new farmers and to the secondary employees (or better co-op owners!) like accountants, sales people, truck drivers farm equipment operators.
9. Usual taxation can provide income for the local community needs.
Voila! A nine-inning ballgame in which everyone wins.
It’s rather interesting to read the summary that you linked to. Those of us who know the path they are trying to lead us down will notice that they said nothing about frankenfood or eating bugs yet we know that is what they want.
We have to counter the idiocies of these criminals by speaking out to our acquaintances, friends, families , etc., of their sinister plans which, in the final analysis, all lead to depopulation, enriching their coffers at the expense of ours (you will own nothing and be happy) and control so that when the majority finally awaken to what is going on, we will be living in modern day concentration camps without the slightest possibility of any meaningful resistance.
