When was this? Pre-Covid?
My understanding is that - during covid - hospitalized patients were (essentially) overdosed with Remdesivir. ( I assume this would have been WHO recommendation even though Fauci dictated it).
You have to go back to my writings in May-December 2020, which I later reposted on substack. Solidarity was the WHO overdose trial; Recovery was the name of the UK overdose trial, and there were 2 others (much smaller) that all used the same HCQ protocol to kill enough patients to make the drug look bad.

Remdesivir is not "totally ineffective" , it is HIGHLY effective at causing Kidney failure in patients, especially when the patient is put on a saline drip and in a ventilator! That is why Fauci stipulated it.
It’s my understanding that people in the trials weren’t informed that they were getting the wrong dose of HCQ that caused adverse effects and so they stopped the trial. Also they gave it later than it was intended instead of when people first got infected when it would be more effective. Same thing happened with the ivermectin studies. If I’m wrong hopefully someone will correct me.

The Solidarity trial ended about 3 days after I notified Tedros and others at WHO that they would be liable for damages unless they informed patients of the dose and side effects. It turned out many patients had no informed consent. I discovered a 1979 WHO study regarding the lethal dose of CQ.
