Have you ever read the definition of treason in the Constitution?

Destruction of a nation by slowly dismantling constitutional protections. Among other things. Here in Chinada its already too late. Out resident idiot again outdoes yours by putting tampon dispensers in all 3 types of federal service washrooms with no mention of Female. As carbon spews from his jet and methane from his arse like a cow( another ridiculous fear point), every few days this de-married nazi lover rainbow boy finds another destructive diversion to blame his imminent political demise and prison sentence on.

Surely zee prison bug rations will be sufficient sustenance.

I wish I could like your comment a thousand times!

The urban areas of our 2 countries will be our respective downfalls.

IF he is ever charged with a crime, the only acceptable sentence should be carried out with a rope. Same here in the USA. Everyone understands that biden took bribes, which in itself should result in his immediate removal from office. But the big story is what he did in return for that money, that should result in his immediate dangling from a lamp post to be joined by all the "representatives of the People" who are letting it slide.

Someone should go count the number of light posts between 1600 and the Capitol, it would be a shame to have to hang more than 1 from each pole.

I think in Canada we have a broken illusion of government where the constitution and laws are over ridden on a whim. Canada sadly is operated under the ideologies of the United Nations, the World Health Organization and the World Economic Forum. It is a captured country teetering on the edge of a hostile totalitarian regime. The average person can become an enemy of the state if they speak out pr strongly dissent. It is happening in other countries too.

What a mess we are in. It is time for the people to speak out.

Speaking of treaties. The one time a formal treaty to annex Hawai'i was submitted to the US Senate, it failed to get the 2/3 necessary. There WAS no "Treaty of Annexation." So in a sleight of hand, they put in a "joint resolution of Congress" which has no effect over an independent sovereign country, which Hawai'i was and recognized as such by dozens of countries, INCLUDING the US from 1843! Hawaiians now want their country back!

Thought:

If the Tennessee nullification bill passes, the WPA would be the perfect test case. It would definitely be taken to the Supreme Court which would undoubtedly refuse to acknowledge it but simultaneously declare Executive Agreement concept unconstitutional AND thus nullify all Executive "treaties/agreements" enforced by that.

All states need to start pursuing what Tennessee is doing.

and this is how they will pass the Pandemic Treaty. Executive Agreements are basically how the President purposely avoids a Senate vote on controversial (unconstitutional) agreements. Any international agreement or treaty that violates the 18 enumerated powers in Art. 1 Art. 8 are null and void and this Pandemic Whatever and the IHR are unconstitutional. There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the federal government over health. Nullification is the rightful remedy. They use the General Welfare and Supremacy Clause to destroy our rights and most Americans have no clue that neither of these clauses give the federal government the right to extend its authority.

What is the difference between a treaty and an executive agreement?

It just depends on how it identifies and the pronouns it uses.

Sorry Meryl, but the topic in this episode is now irrelevant because the WHO no longer exists! Here's why.

Edict of the People! Dated November 2023.

We, the world's population, have declared that since Bill Gates has invested enormously into the finances and therefore the CONTROL of the (now CORRUPTED) World Health Organisation.

This unelected organisation is now regarded as hostile to humanity and therefore ceases to exist!

The WHO is now obsolete!

We the people have declared the CORRUPT WHO finished!

Thank you again Meryl, for the time and effort expended in unraveling some of the tangle of deceit, and clarifying critical issues.

"Maybe the treaty was a decoy all along?"

How many other decoys are there?

The local waters are full of fish bait.

Sadly, most people and politicians, are unaware.

What can we expect, when our supermarkets are full of fish bait too?

In state, national and international waters, the bait appears to be increasingly juicy and tempting (propagandarised), and MSM addicts swallow readily and go on living in happy oblivion.

That is the pessimistic perspective.

The optimistic perspective is, that there is always hope.

Light inevitably conquers darkness.

Truth and righteousness will eventually triumph.

Good people just have to keep the faith, go on fighting, and expect victory regardless.

The dark lord (in Lord of the Rings) was destroyed, by an alliance of good people, in which little people played a vital role.

Any agreement entered into with an unelected entity has no force of law in the US. Unless the elected body (The Senate) approves this treaty, it will not have the force of law.

The governor of the State of Florida has recognized this Constitutional principle and will not enforce any edict approved through extra-constitutional subterfuge.

In order to override our Federal and State health laws we'd have to remove our federalism reservation, switch from dualist to monist, and then change all our Federal and State laws to comport with the treaty. If you knew that, and knew it a year and a half ago when this 'stealing our sovereignty' campaign launched, where would you focus your attention? Would you have screamed at Geneva ineffectively and had them dismiss you because of your lack of knowledge of procedure since they 'vote' on LANGUAGE that then gets presented to member states for acceptance, rejection, or acceptance with reservation? Geneva doesn't 'vote' to BIND sovereign states to treaties, and it's incredible that so many global legal scholars let this falsehood pervade the convo for so long.

Thanks for keeping us all informed. I’ll write my Congressmen to take action.

Treaties are not administrative law.

The key to the amendments to the IHR is that we retain our federalism reservation contained in the treaty which assures supremacy of our federal and state laws over all treaty obligations, that I discussed with Roguski for six hours with supporting emails in April of 2022. The new pandemic treaty prohibits the use of reservations and historically the US will not be party to a treaty or supranational entity that 'subsumes our sovereignty.' This is why we are not members of the ICC, for we'd then be prosecuted for war crimes. International law is voluntary and your focus is rightly turned inward at our own processes of ratification to ensure we remain dualist. 'They' can't take our sovereignty, but we can give it away. And in this age of ideological takeover of all our agencies and institutions it must be guarded closely.

”At the end of the day it is for the Senate to protect is own treaty powers against the State Department.” This sounds like the same bullshit in the WHO where if you do not object you are automatically in. Why do people put up with this crap and assume that only good could be done automatically when real world experience tells them that it is not so. They are either stupid or afraid (but I repeat myself).
