I’m a highly trained research scientist by training. For many years, I believed in initiatives like this. However, as time has worn on, I’ve seen how science has gradually been co-opted and corrupted by politics and ideology. That’s actually been going on for a very long time since before I was even born, but exponential growth works over long periods before it becomes widely noticeable.
It’s quite obvious to me that this initiative was designed solely to control scientific inquiry, debate and creativity of thought. It is also designed to quell public skepticism and dissent, by creating an entirely captured and politically driven global “repository” for approved “facts” that are not allowed to be questioned. What is happening is that the globalists are trying to replace the actual pursuit of science with a husk of science that still LOOKS like science to lesser trained eyes, because the surface characteristics are still there, but which has been hollowed out and filled with the pus of anti-humanistic authoritarianism. It’s a clever ploy to create a “final solution” for all the actual scientists out there who will pursue facts and data wherever they lead, and replace them with bodies in white coats and business suits whose purpose is to parasitize and suck the literal life out of your wallet, your body, your mind and your soul.

Now your pet needs a chip implant with proof of vaccinations recorded on that chip, you need to fill out forms 72 hours prior to returning to the US or else possibly be denied entry. I don't believe anything I don't either see with my own eyes or experience personally anymore. They can keep trying this stuff, but it falls on deaf ears at this point. If not outright, then by grants for research to promote the narrative. Every time I see the words One Health it makes me sick but I didn't get the sickness from an animal!!! Am considering eliminating my donation to my alma mater that is in my will.

A quick word search of the document reavealed no mention of lab/laboratory "leak", "escape" or "gain of function". But there is a chapter titled "Laboratory biosafety and biosecurity element" which was "developed in collaboration with the WHO Technical Advisory Group on Biosafety" that covered a "possible breach of laboratory biosafety or biosecurity" that "may be caused by an accidental event or a procedural or engineering failure that results in the infection of staff working in a laboratory, when they are handling animals or collecting and handling specimens, either in a field or laboratory setting". The framework DOES NOT cover "the deliberate or intentional release of pathogens from laboratories" ", nor the intentional functional manipulation of viruses "studied" in laboratories - i.e. dual use research
