OMG... My question is, how are they going to get enough people to accept this farce? I will try to answer my own question. By emergency decree. But that only works when the emergency is great enough that people's own reasoning and thought process gets so overwhelmed that they can't think and instead run to the nearest safe place and wait for instructions. But the problem with that is people more and more are waking up (desensitized) to the emperor(s) lies and each time they have to come up with something new and far more terrifying to the point that they cannot achieve critical mass without some fantastic crisis.
Right now it seems that they are running as fast as they can to grab their total control while their narrative is crumbling in front of most everyone's eyes. Screw 2030, it is for them the power grab of 2024 or die trying. They are losing ground, and this is their last ditch effort to grab their dream of dominance.
