I'm really glad about these religious exemptions but exemptions should also be granted for those who have medical or ethical reasons for refusing the jab. Not everyone who refused the jab, did so for religious reasons. No one should have been forced into this to keep their job, family, friends.

Actually, why should anyone have to even have to justify a personal medical decision?! The reason shouldn't matter.

Thank you, that's what I was trying to say.

many states have 3 exemptions, medical, religious and philosophical. And religious is" ones morally formed conscience belief", you dont have to prove a church affiliation, at least in MA that is the law.

My niece was a physician in MA and her religious exemption was denied so she lost her job and moved to Montana. It shouldn't be so hard to get these exemptions.

Many businesses etc didnt accept the RE, and now its shown to be illegal. She can sue her former employer?? Good move to MT, I had 3 friends leave MA in 2021 for MT, NH and SC

What does this really mean? Everyone in the country should be able to say NO to anything medical related.

While this is all good news, a religious exemption should not be needed. All that should be needed is a simple, "No, I don't not want this product injected into me". Period. Case closed.

AMEN Debra Nolasco. I should have read your comment before I added mine. We should NOT need a "permission slip" from anyone when it comes to not taking a medical intervention! It starts here... eventually it will be food: You don't want your cricket meal... you need an exemption. That sounds outlandish, but why would we be surprised? If we continue to fall for this crap it will snowball into something we will never come back from. People should have rejected these permission slips years ago when they first started and we wouldn't be dealing with this now.

It's better than nothing, but we should NOT need a permission slip to say no to something we don't want, regardless of our beliefs. The word NO should be sufficient. We have to get out of the mindset that we have to get permission NOT to put something into our bodies. They have been conditioning us for years that we have to get permission to manage our own health and determine what is best for our bodies. TAKE YOUR BODY BACK. It's the only thing we actually own from birth until death. They have NO right to demand we submit evidence as to why we don't want a medical intervention. Period.
