I hope these non-compliance positions aren't just part of the bread and circuses RINO's have been presenting for years. Just like the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act. If the RINO's actually cared about that and thought it was constitutional, why didn't they put this forward years ago? It all seems like a way to con their constituents into thinking they care about them.
These State governors could be doing the same thing on the assumption that the SCOTUS will over-turn their laws, after which the governors will conform to the "rule of law." Until they show me they're willing to nullify unconstitutional laws, I don't trust them. I do think the LA governor would probably nullify, though.
Hoping for the best while planning for the worst and praying for us all.
After the Biden illegal mandate hiding behind OSHA, there was information coming out that OSHA was shoring up this issue so that OSHA would be the vehicle through which work place mandates would be instituted by the government for the next time.
