The law must say that Humans must not be forced or coerced in any way to any kind of test or any kind of treatment in any way. All ages, all mental conditions. No more "you have to take this vaccine to play football." The law cannot separate old people from their families under any circumstance, and the people living in nursing homes cannot be intimidated with being thrown out if they don't wear a mask or take a test or anything else. Human Rights do not disappear when you are 90. Neither with dementia. Neither for prisoners of any kind.
Let's make very explicit all the actions that are forbidden, and then add sanitary clauses.
An ethical fault has to be sufficient to fire a caregiver or an administrator who gives unethical orders to the personnel of the nursing home.
The quarantines must be compensated fairly and cannot be used as a threat, implicitly or explicitly, against anyone.
The nudging and behavioral modifications using propaganda are crimes that must be severely punished.
The Law must state that, when there is an health emergency, all TV stations and all radio must be forced to not expand the hysteria. Play music and shut up!
Jail time for those promoting hysteria.
Biosecurity labs must be destroyed. Countries developing incapacitating bioweapons are committing crimes against Humanity and the researchers must be punished, as well as those who signed the research program and gave funds.
Many Medical Doctors and Nurses in prison for life for what they did to their patients. That is the most abject treason I've seen. I will not forget their corruption.
I would send to clean the sewer those imbeciles who censor and prosecute real heroes like Doctor Nass and Doctor McCullough, to name just two names of a long list. The licensing system is pure evil. End it and free the real Doctors.

You have covered the major grievences and it would be a wonderful thing if we could get anyone in our current government or running to become elected to sign on to this, but I suppose after all we have been through in the last two years, I am skeptical. But I do think it is important to try. You are right, we shouldn't let those who created this mess to get away with what they have done, scoff free.
