Declaring these faux emergencies is about money and power. Remember how they tried to do this with Zika... Seems pretty "cut and dried" to me, our situation right now, or present administration is committing treason right now, in refusing to support existing law (immigration law) and making up law (like illegal alien home "loans" and illegal dismissing of financial debt of favored sections of constituents (bribing them for their vote) and paying hundreds of millions in coordination with the UN to bring in tens of millions (if they say 10 million, it's 20 or 30 million) of new "citizens" (totally bypassing enacted immigration law) in order to hold on to power. They are coordinating with other countries, and their intelligence agencies in "getting around" our civil rights (they hate first and second amendments- and want a similar situation as in Eurpope, which is essentially undergoing a revolution, where globablists are consoladating their power. They hope to retain power in the US, and make changes such that the US in "fundementally changed".
Lotto money and power at stake. Plus they have to worry about all the laws broken if they don't retain power. They essentially tried to "kill the king" (the next President of the US) but they failed, and are worried about prosecution now for assassination and many other crimes committed in the last 4 years (also before and after 2016 and 2020 elections.

The Emergency Use loophole is a “begging the question” fallacy (foregone conclusion), in which the proponents conclude, prior to testing, that the products are “safe and effective.” Thus, the fallacy continues, it would be unethical to test them because those in the placebo group would be denied proper treatment. (“Placebo” is another rabbit hole!)
