What if a person has good collaterals ... do they really need surgery ? Also if you keep looking for blockages won’t you find something. Cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome/diabetes are completely preventable. Almost all cancer is preventable! Heart disease and Type 2 diabetes are NOT "chronic and progressive diseases!" They are reversible/ curable! Even Type 1 diabetes may be at least partially reversible.
Many or most cancers are manageable if not curable— EVERY type of cancer AT EVERY STAGE has been stopped or cured! A sudden interest in history (2 or 3 years old) has left me aghast and agasp, at how exactly like today is the opening chapter of Charles Mackay's book "Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds", where it explains, in wondrous and personal detail , the 'high finance' of 1709 France Europe speculative market.

It goes back a long way but got codified into US government policy under Gerald Ford after the 1974 Henry Kissing Report on World Population Growth was released, and classified for 15 years until 1989, in which time America convinced the United Nations and the G20 leaders they had to get on board with the idea of the "great culling" to kill off their citizens for the sake of the planet - really meaning for the sake of the vultures at the top that have been cycling the wealth ever upwards since the invention of central banks in the 1600s, with the most important being the Bank of England in 1694 - just a wealth transfer machine!!
