I have no practice. I suggest you make a short substack post as you have a large following. Just ask the question detailling what platform it is written in natively and any other information. I think many modern editors will save/export or print to PDF and maintain the links pretty well without any extra effort. If it is only saved here then cutting from the screen and pasting to an editor could work.
