I discovered this because my employer mandated the shot. I called CDC and explained I was being mandated and wanted to know where I could find Comirnaty as I would only take the FDA approved and not an illegal EUA. At the time, I knew it wasn’t available in the US. I was put on hold for several minutes. When she came back on she said I could go anywhere to get the shot. I said I only want Comirnaty not BioNTec. She put me only hold again. She came on and stated that BioNTec and Comirnaty were interchangeable and the same. I then said there was a legal distinction and if there is no difference and if they are the same product, then there is fraud being perpetuating on the US citizens. I demanded a location where I could fly to find Comirnaty and she couldn’t give me one. I took a religious exemption but grieved over how ignorant the masses were of what was happening to them.
True, and all those who participated in this fraud deserve punishment of some sort, depending on their role. All the way from public ridicule to death.

Forgiveness was the mandate and from that day to this, the victims who were tortured or saw their family and friends tortured and killed had to swallow that bitter pill each day while the perpetrators went free. Because of this Act, the younger generations of Spain have no idea of what happened there...But the victims, many aged and near death, have sworn they will not go to their graves without bringing justice. I am a physician from Germany. There is a relatively new method to clearly detect the vaccine-induced spike proteins from the toxic experimental vaccines in the blood and urine of vaccinated persons. It annoys me immensely that the majority of doctors who appear in the media as experts and complain about the toxicity of the vaccines are obviously not informed about this relatively new Italian study. I have contacted the Italian doctors who carried out this study. These doctors have confirmed to me that any well-equipped laboratory can carry out this study. The study mentions a certain period of time after vaccination during which the spike proteins from the vaccines can be detected. This is because the laboratory doctors believe that the spike proteins from the toxic Covid vaccines only have a limited half-life. This method can be used to determine exactly whether the spike proteins from the experimental Covid vaccines are still present in the bodies of vaccinated people three years after vaccination. I am 100 percent sure that vaccinated people produce spike proteins permanently. In those individuals in whom the spikes can be detected using the Italian method, it is also possible to determine which natural remedies are actually able to deactivate the spikes and mRNA from the toxic vaccines.
If it turns out that vaccinated people permanently produce vaccine-induced spike proteins, this study can also be carried out on vaccinated people who die suddenly.

I'm often curious how people seem to know the future of consequences. For me Divine Justice is perfect. It would seem like such a burden to expect otherwise.
I would like to see the narrative evolve along these lines:

This makes no sense to me. All federal employees must say out loud and sign an Oath of Office on day one of their employment. This signed form is then part of your permanent employment file. Opm

Legally speaking (retired Attorney who had a practice including medical Malpractice) that the time would likely come, in the future, when the fraud, which removes all legal protections, would come back to bite them in both the pocket book and in the freedom from prison. The 9th circuit court, however, has stripped this with it's decision, and definition of these being a medical treatment, and not a vaccine. The EUA is exclusive to vaccines, and not to medical treatments. With the above evidence, proving intent, and the 9th circuits definition, I suspect these manufacturers might fear for their fortunes.
Question….. if the COV jab is mandated in order to serve in the military and the military begins the draft, wouldn’t that disqualify someone from compulsive service if they were unvaxxed?
