As regards your "law" recommendations, why have government interference in any peaceful relationships?
Why have any governmental agencies? There will be plenty of organizations which can sell analysis like Consumer Reports who will be more likely to not lie since they will no longer be sought after if found to be fraudulent.
Make the US maintain a budget without borrowing.
Allow banks anywhere desired. Smart people will find where their money is safe. Misrepresenting assets is fraud which is prosecutable.
As a religious person, you should know that religion and ethics are an integral part in morality. Why ban religion in schools? Better to allow unregulated competitive schools and non-compulsatory. On what basis are you expecting morality to come from? Presidential decree?
If you want to be free of Bill Gates, then remove power of organizations and agencies where he can more easily exert influence through money. Not perfect as the Rockefellers have shown but much more difficult.
Actually, get rid of federal courts which are 100% controlled and let us people determine what the law means in our local. Judges should be elected every 2 years to lessen the damage that they can inflict and they should be able to be charged by the people in the local where they judge.
