New York State’s heinous Proposal One is on the ballot.
It’s a proposed change to our constitution that would permanently install into our society a radical woke ideology, and it will empower our government to control our every move (and word) in the righteous name of keeping us from “discriminating” against a laundry list of newly protected classes. (See proposed language below).

Paper ballots in all elections,in person, photo identification tied to proof of citizenship, on Election Day, limited absentee ballots opportunities, deployed military only, students must vote in the jurisdictions of the major financial support for their education (?), or some mechanism to prevent duplicate voting, purple dye to a defined finger like Iraq’s first post Saddam vote to prevent duplicate voting.
Virtually any other country has a more secure voting system. Our constitutional republic system is the best (could go back to states legislatures selecting Senators IMHO, but voting security sucks, it is probably how the politicians limit our ability to be in control.

How about birth certificate, or don't the Amish do that, either? Do they have baptismal/christening church records, as the Lutherans, Church of England, and other European churches did for generations? Maybe those would serve?
Birth certificate, yes; I would think baptism certificate, they are believers baptists so it is possible that if they are of voting age but haven’t joined the church, they would not have this. Details may vary by their local bishop .
Also Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai has demonstrated the vote weighting applied to voting machines. This is built right into the machine software and can simply be checked off in a settings page. Why did the company create the software that way if not to cheat?
It was the default case to assume since the RINO party has never addressed it seriously. Inactions speak as loud as actions in some cases. And this is one of those cases.

To your list I would add paper ballots, ot at the very least printouts of electronic ballots which the voter can verify and then deposit, and which can be sampled randomly as a check on fraud, and which would trigger a hand recount. All of these things could be done if there was a will, but the ability to fiddle with the outcome is awfully tempting.
I'd like add this mildly tedious safeguard. All ballots must have a randomly generated ID, which is printed in quadruplicate: 1. for Dem counters. 2. for Rep counters. 3. for independent counters. 4. a receipt for the voter, who must make sure they are all alike before okaying them. If an electronic count is desired, the voter's receipt could be scanned. Each party/group counts paper ballots independently. If any set of results is different, they must be recounted until there are three identical tallies. At the precinct level this shouldn't take forever and would eliminate cheating.
