When it comes to a cancer "cause" the entire scene changes from a pin pointed cure, to a carpet bombing campaign. We are all so very differently subjected to many influences, with habits, exposures, even demeanors can contribute, that it's nearly impossible to be completely accurate in assessing a core cause. It might be collective too, so there needs to be a spirit of humility toward admitting that we cannot fully understand the human biology as is widely touted.
Personally, I recommend a "stepping back" approach to view a potential cause in the case of those who have been diagnosed with any cancer. If "jabbed" all bets are off, since that's a Pandora's Box that never should have been explored. But if not jabbed, I'd look into this strange "bitter" but sweetly simple potential remedy. Taking a "close-in" look really reveals nothing except complications. The cure must come from within, and not from a syringe!

As for the money, it would seem that the more people they kill the less wealth that will be created for them to steal. I have long suspected that there is more to their goals than just money. If/when most humans are "culled (killed), and robots are making what is needed for the relatively few remaining humans, money may not be needed at all.
