If the Supreme Court does not adhere to the Constitution in its decision, it should step down from its governing bench. The Constitution guarantees every American Freedom of Speech. Censorship of any kind is forbidden.

You're right if something is harmful, it should not be permitted. For example, information in books that has been deliberately designed to lower the morals of all who read them. Ray of hope? Oct 2023 the Supreme Court agreed to hear Murthy v. Missouri. Oral scheduled for March 18, 2024. The Court also lifted the injunctions set by the lower courts, allowing the federal government to continue to contact social media companies without restrictions while the case continues. Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch dissented from the lifting of the injunctions, with Alito writing, "Government censorship of private speech is antithetical to our democratic form of government, and therefore today’s decision is highly disturbing."

Just finished listening to the SCOTUS hearing yesterday at this link, highly recommend. Found it deeply disturbing in a number of ways, not the least of which was the number of times the lawyer arguing on behalf of the original Plaintiffs (who include Dr. B below, was interrupted.
