I now Stay on Zyrtec and avoid Bronchitis. 76 next month. They forget about Tesslon Perles for the hacking cough. No real need for a doctor either, just a script for the Tesslon Perles. Which could be OTC.
I raise backyard hens and keep their water, pen/run, and housing clean with DE-Earth food grade and pre/probiotics. I wear throw-away gloves when I clean their pen. Toss them the Go in and wash my hands well. They are healthy. It is production factories that refuse to spend a few cents to prevent them from getting worms or sick.
People who work with these animals should be taught to avoid touching their eyes. This should prevent most of the conjunctivitis. Ivermectin appears to be effective against most flu strains. Prophylactic use in these workers seems reasonable. I would avoid the vaccine at all costs.

6) Taking diabetes and weight gain issues seriously
7) Regular exercise
