Isn’t the biggest problem the liability protection our federal govt provides commercial profit making companies coupled with the corruption of the regulatory agencies? If companies were held liable and there was not corruption in the regulatory agencies there would be little need to try to coerce or force people.
We are arguing the wrong point. This is only an issue because the govt funded the biological agent - then funded invalid tests pumping up case numbers, then outlawed known treatments then funded the new therapies then gave emergency use authorization to the never before used therapies and then Forced it on the population.
Currently the Issue isn’t the right to make your own medical decisions - (we all have due process rights no matter what) it’s everything that happened before it in this case. It’s all the other stuff the govt is doing it has no business doing and the lack of accountability for the corruption. As long as that isn’t the item for discussion, a thousand experts can talk away but millions of people will never ever be forced again.
Yes! I saw the info about Thomas Massie from the Sovereignty Coalition-who is also working to keep the WHO from destroying our country and our world! Rep. Massie is probably the most conservative rep we have. I can't wait to hear what he has to say. Thank you for sharing!

One of the congresswomen tried to get Dr. Ladapo that UCLA colleagues said he never treated Covid patients. I was at an event where a retired UCLA medical doc said he, Ladapo, and others met in secret to see what they could do to fight the tyranny. He has been heroic since day one.
Trump was put over a barrel by huge financial interests in our government...He learned America faced being locked down for ten years waiting for the perfect vax. In order to avoid the lockdown..Trump was coerced into Warp Speed. He did not advocate these injections. He promoted HCQ, which my daughter obtained. If Warp Speed had not occurred...people would be locked down. Many at that time were clamoring for these 'vaxes'. The statistics did not come out until later. Well, those who wanted them; got them. The intelligent ones declined.
As crazy as CA is, Dr. Ladapo and Attorney Dhillon were/are practicing professionals in the State. It is a sad state of affairs that Dr. Ladapo is more concerned about Constitutional protections than Professor Goodwin who is an attorney with a degree in 'public health.' At least she mentioned Buck v. Bell. What she left out is that Bell specifically used Mass v. Jacobson to uphold forced sterilization. This was a fake concession that it was discrimination against the poor instead of a massive infringement on rights. Dhillon should be teaching at Georgetown and not Goodwin.
