I have my shot record with the dates and batches administered but civilian doctors aren't willing to confirm diagnoses could be related without the hard proof the inserts could provide. Get the book by Dr. Naomi Wolfe that has the details of the Pfizer papers that the judge mandated to be released. It’s a compilation of so much data and remember they did not want that to be released for I believe 75 years but the court mandated it ….We all saw for the insert that stated “this page is intentionally left blank” and that gave so many of us pause.. and one new to hold. It was absurd…but the Pfizer papers will supply you with much needed information.

How many millions of women take repeated courses of antibiotics for cystitis?
I learnt far too late that cystitis can be easily treated with a bit of bicarb in water a few times a day.
Not all cases of cystitis are caused by E.coli but the majority are apparently.
Bicarb creates an alkaline environment in the bladder and that means E. coli cannot reproduce.
Those bacteria that were there before you take bicarb will be flushed out with urine.
So, after a short time there are no hordes of E. coli inflaming the bladder.
Everyone of course should decide for themselves what remedies to try. I'll just say that bicarb put an end to the problem I'd had for years.
DMannose was not very effective.
Negram (Nalidixic acid) was good but they don't prescribe it any more.
One of the fluoroquinolones affected my tendons within hours - a well known "side effect."
A "side effect" of one of the other antibiotics, listed on the leaflet, was.....cystitis!
(My doctor was surprised - she had no idea.)
In my experience, BICARB beats them all hands down!
My Dr said to always take pro biotics as soon as your infection is better , it stops thrush.
I now use probiotics daily to help my gut health. I never take antibiotics now.
I stopped having UTIs when I stopped eating grains and went to an all organic Paleo (first) and then keto diet.
