Why was that never a screaming headline? Every food has labels about FDA approval Or not on the items? If they are such a big deal why weren’t we told they refused to take the shot?

In May 2021 a Senator asked Rochelle, Fauci and Peter Marks what per cent of their employees had taken the shot. None would give a number. They waffled and said "about 50 or 60%"
This was prior to mandates. I do not know whether mandates were imposed on these fed employees later, or not.

"International law" is apparently one of those things honored more in the breach than in the observance. Realistically, there can be no such thing without some kind of enforcement mechanism and a common acceptance of the ground rules by all nations. But just like national law, which is corrupted to various degrees in many nations, "international law" can be seen to be corrupted by the UN as well, in its picking and choosing of which UN resolutions to follow.
One good recent example would be UN Resolution 2202, the UN codification of the Minsk Agreement--completely ignored. Others might include the numerous resolutions about Israel and Palestine. In essence, the most powerful and influential nations in the UN are allowed to ignore these with impunity, while others have the boot placed on their necks.
The short version is that no one trusts the UN to be an impartial arbiter of the common good.

Why do people want global governance?
Local municipalities can’t even agree, let alone at the state level. Don’t even try at the federal level. Oh yeah right. Our founding fathers warned us with the 10th Amendment and WTP blew that allowing the monster federal government that created the deep state we know today.
They will no doubt work hard to get "consensus" on this document or a later version and then justify the stuff they do going forward on the basis of this... at least that is what I have seen happen.
